We are chartered surveyors specialising the acquisition, strategic advice and disposal of commercial and industrial property throughout the UK but with a particular emphasis on the South and South West of England. WHO WE ARE

Philip Betts is an experienced chartered surveyor who for many years has acted for and advised clients in the industrial and office sectors in particular with regard to multi occupancy properties let to SME’s.

Philip has acted for Workspace PLC, Capital Industrial LLP, LCP Properties, First Property Group, Orbit Southern as well as a number of smaller property companies, syndicates and private individuals. More recently he has been involved with the repurposing of redundant buildings for alternative uses including self storage and residential.
